At the Centre for Positive Health in Birmingham, I provide a calm, supportive space where you can work through life’s challenges. As an experienced therapist in Birmingham, I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and past traumas. Together, we can identify the patterns holding you back and find practical ways to move forward.

Life experiences often shape how we think and behave. Coping mechanisms that once helped you might now leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. My goal is to support you in understanding these patterns and reconnecting with your true self.

I work with a range of issues, including:

Depression: Helping you overcome persistent low moods and regain purpose.

Anxiety: Managing fears, worries, and stress to bring calm and control.

Relationship Issues: Supporting healthier communication and connection.

Trauma: Addressing unresolved experiences that still affect you today.

Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to your needs. I use a mix of Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Psychodynamic techniques. This approach allows us to focus on what works best for you.
